My name is Ancsa Zsófia Überhardt, I live in Budapest with my wonderful son.
I have been fascinated with the human psyche and wholeness of the body, spirit and mind for as long as I can remember. I have always wondered how and why we operate and act the way we do, and what factors these actions are motivated by…
It was this fascination that started me on my way at the age of 18 to study and become a nursery teacher and get to know a great number of fascinating aspects of the human physiology and behaviour.
Later on, as a naturopath, studying kinesiology, astrology and psychology, I dug deeper and deeper into human motivations, the prints and patterns we inherit from our ancestors, patterns learnt from our parents and all the experiences gathered later on in the course of our lives.
In 2000 I started on my way towards Polynesian healing and have acquired a number of healing techniques on the way: MA-URI, Lomi Lomi Nui and Kahi Loa massage and bodywork in Hungary from my trainer, Mr Witold Kucharczyk, and in Denmark from Mr Hemi Fox and his wife, Mrs Katja Fox, the Hawaiian healing method, HUNA, from Ms Kumu Terenia Pomai'kai Mocna. In 2010 brought the fulfilment of a beautiful dream of mine and I had the chance to improve my Lomi Lomi Nui massage and bodywork technique in Hawaii, studying with Kumu Lomilomi Auntie Maile- a wonderful wise, old, always smiling healer.
In 2003 I created my own massage technique called INKA, which I also teach since 2005. I also teach Lomi Lomi Nui, Hawaiian Hot Stone massage individually and for small groups, and Tantra massage for couples.
I also hold certifications in Thai massage, Yumeiho massage and Rexlexology, that I use as parts of INKA massage.
Massage and bodywork, contact dance, yoga, sensual play have taught me presence, attention, awareness and expanding my senses and boundaries to the maximum. They have given me the key to the most important secret – how to live a happy and balanced life in love and freedom. I would like to say Thank You to my friend Felix Ruckert for helping me to open my body, my heart and spirit, strengthen my creativity, power and self-confidence.
I have been active as a naturopath and massage therapist since 1998, helping people find their way back to the their core, become aware and expand their boundaries, so that as a result they can find more freedom in their everyday lives.
According to my motto, a good massage is 90% ALOHA and 10% technique...
